It’s all about vision.

That’s why we start every project onsite along with construction project managers and representatives from the BH Management Operations team. Each member participates in a complete “vision walk” to understand the property’s demographics, market competitors and possible enhancements to ensure the final product will best meet the unique needs of your individual project.

The design process and scopes begin immediately after the vision walk. After the design package is completed and approved, the project is turned over to the in-house construction team for completion. Once complete, a member of the design team personally oversees furniture and accessory installation.
