B.HOM Vendor Enrollment and Management

You’re on your way to a beautiful relationship.

Before you can conduct business with BH, you’ll need to become an approved vendor by verifying the appropriate tax, insurance, and other documents. We’ll review your application and once approved, vendors can work with any BH community in the U.S. (additional requirements may apply in some states). Keep in mind that any work done prior to approval may result in delayed payment or nonpayment.

Let’s get you set up.

B.HOM uses RealPage Vendor Credentialing to collect and track tax, insurance, and other required documents. Vendors must receive an ‘Approved’ recommendation prior to doing business with any of our properties. Do not send documents directly to B.HOM or BH staff.

Step 1: Set up your RealPage Vendor Credentialing account.

Click here to access the RealPage Vendor Credentialing system and follow the steps to set up your account.

You’ll be asked to pay an enrollment fee: $99 for on-site vendors (those who visit properties) and $80 for off-site vendors (those who will not visit properties).

Step 2: Submit company information

This checklist is your guide for completing vendor enrollment.

Step 3: Check your status

Once you’ve submitted your documentation, the RealPage Vendor Credentialing system will verify that all information is complete and accurate.

You can check the status of your enrollment in the RealPage Vendor Credentialing portal at: https://vendorcredentialing.realpage.com/WebApp/Login.aspx

Step 4: Complete Vendor Setup

The ‘approved’ status in RealPage Vendor Credentialing means all documents are complete and you’re almost done. The last step is for the B.HOM team to get your company set up in our system.

  1. Complete the B.HOM Vendor Setup Form (included in Vendor Packet above or download here)
  2. Send the completed form to your B.HOM point-of-contact

We’ll send a confirmation email to you once your account is fully approved and set-up.

Step 5: You did it

From here on out, be sure to reach out directly to the B.HOM property for information about billing and payments. And that’s it – it will be pleasure doing business with you.
