DES MOINES, Iowa – BH Management Services, LLC, is pleased to announce they have assumed management of Forest Hills Apartments in Dallas, Texas. 

Located at 9659 Forest Lane, BH acquired the 240-unit property on March 20, 2019. Forest Hills Apartments is the second Polaris community to join the BH portfolio and is among 102 properties under their management in the state of Texas.
