DES MOINES, Iowa – BH Management Services, LLC, is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of three Arizona communities. BH welcomes Bella Vista, Heritage and Enclave Apartments to their portfolio.
The properties joined BH on January 28, 2019, and with these additions, BH now manages 20 communities in the state of Arizona. Together, the three properties will add 656 total units to the BH portfolio.
Heritage and Bella Vista are in Phoenix and Enclave is nearby in Tempe, all with convenient locations close to shopping, dining and entertainment as well as major roadways that allow for easy commuting.
These properties offer luxury rental residences with a full-suite of amenities including heated pools, spas, fitness studios, high-end clubhouses with resident lounges and professionally manicured grounds with ample green space.
Each community has a variety of one, two and three-bedroom homes ranging in size from 730 to 1,219 square feet. The pet-friendly apartments feature spacious, renovated interiors with modern finishes including updated kitchens, high ceilings, wood-style flooring and walk-in closets.
