Park@Nine23 Apartments

A new clubhouse has been added to Parc @ Nine23 in Cedar Falls, IA.  There is plenty of seating for socializing or just relaxing. Along with a pool table and video games for entertainment. In addition they have added a business center for residents to utilize. 

The new fitness center is open 24-hours a day for ease of use for the residents. It is equipped with up to date fitness equipment as well.
